Cropping pictures?

i have windows photo gallery and it usually allows me to crop and alter my pictures.i just uploaded som pictures of myself and it said that i dont have permission to alter them.it lets me do it but it wont let me save it.what should i do?

  1. if you have adobe photoshop installed in your computer then do the cropping there.right click the picture,open with adobe photoshop,then click the crop icon.


  2. the permission through windows often means user needs administrator / owner privileges, if you uploaded images, you should be able to edit, if images are in album, not on cd or removable disk you can edit via gallery with editor, right click image and view properties, could be locked,
