Crossing the border to mexico?

ok so my girlfriend is mexican,, she has a valid mexican passport but an expired visa which makes her illegal.. i wanna legalize her but for that we have to go back to mexico to get a new visa.. we are gonna cross the border in a greyhound bus.. we wont a problem coming back to the u.s i just wanna know if shell have a problem gettin back into mexico without having to deal with border patrol or without them knowing she has a expired visa.. and if they find out then what could happen?

So why is she here if her Visa expired!  She's illegal!  Hope she gets stopped at the border and cannot return!!!

I do not think she will have a problem going back to Mexico.   the Mexican authorities are not concerned about her visa, since it was issued by the US.  They will want to see her passport.

I go to mexico a lot but i go in car.. we only pay like 2.75 to go to mexico... but i have never gone to mexico on a bus.. but i think it is the same thing i think you should call and find out

are youy kidding me? i go to tijuana at lease one a keep and they NEVER stop me (mexican police) only when i have a big car like a van

but its also random...you may get a green light or red light and have to go to check poit

i say you should just walk the border...they never check you like that...plus with a greyhound bus...sometime they stop it and ask to see all your passports or I.D if theres heavy drug trafficing

so just walk the line then get a taxi
