Cruise ship to Japan?

Can you take a ship to Japan? I hate flying. How long do you think it would take from California to Japan, it says it is 5478 miles?

Idk but definitely take a cruise!!!! I've done 3 cruises, I highly recommend it!!! Oh! and I'm also going to Japan for my B-day, but in a plane!

Go to royal caribean and search cruises that go out to sydney or europe. Then you can take a train from that point.

It isn't going to be cheap.   Good luck.

There are no cruise ships that go to Japan where you embark in the US.  You would have to start some place in Asia or even New Zealand or Australia.

YES,  Holland America Cruise Line, a very good line, has a cruise that leaves from Seattle Washington and makes four (4) stops in Japan.  Here's the web link:

Its a 15 day cruise and the price is about $2500.00 per person.

They also run the same cruise out of Vancouver, Canada

Princess Cruise line, another first class line, also runs a cruise out of Vancouver, Canada with a stop in Japan.  here's the web link:

Princess also has a cruise that leaves from Alaska and includes port stops in Japan.

that being said cunard cruise line has "world" cruises

But you wont go to japan and then home. A world cruise is 103 days....
