 Yes Pakistani culture is very much being effected by the influence from Indian culture. I live in Pakistan. Culture these days is transfered through medium like movies, television or through the internet and these are the three fields in which India are way way ahead of Pakistan. 

So now if we are watching Indian culture all the time through the movies and dramas to be watched all around the Pakistan, then no doubt there will be a direct impact of their culture onto our culture. 

There is no doubt countless number of fans in Pakistan who love Indian actors like Amir Khan, Sharukh Khan and many more. These fans are quite a much influenced by these personalities. So the thing which inspire you, you most certainly will gain some thing out form it. Same is going on with the Pakistani culture. 

And it is not just about one or two stories on the internet there are countless stories on internet and news paper which you can search and read and can find the reality behind this fact.
