Cupcake business help?

I am thinking of starting a cupcake business and i don't know where exactly to start. I need a small thing at the moment.. i have chosen some recipes and Icings, but since in egypt it is hard to get nice sprinkles or decorations, i may need to export them too. can anyone help me get started???

Their factory is in the town I grew up in so I have been using them since the first cake I ever baked when I was 5.

If they don't ship internationally, I'm sure they can recomend a partner company in your part of the world.
