Curious in ebay list?

Question

I see lots of big brand makeup and skincare products in ebay with very low prices compared to department store. I'm just curious where those sellers get those stuff at such low cost! anybody know?

Definitely ask questions before buying to make sure the item is not a sample size, or something that has expired.  Some cosmetics will have days you can go in their warehouse and buy items that are no longer made, or that may have a blemish of some kind.  Then they sell them to you for a profit
