  1. Curry chicken with white rice, apples and raisins bade with fat free yogurt instead of sour cream

  3. Tandorri chicken is the healthiest option, as there is no sauce -- but if you want a proper curry then i would prob recommend a Rogan Josh as it doesnt have any cream and is a tomotoe based sauce!!

  4. A tomato/onion based curry thickened with lowfat yogurt, you can use this curry base for alomost anything:  paneer, chicken, seafood or veggies.

  5. chicken curry and boiled rice. our local indian say they can do a low fat version if you ask don't know how true it is, or what it would taste like though.
