Customer Service?

If companies really cared about their customers then why to do they outsource the customer service call job to people in others countries that could barely speak english or help with problems. I know it's cheaper for them but it shows how little they care about their customers.

  1. I have received great customer support from overseas.  They are more polite than some here in the states.


  2. I agree and that's because the company only cares about the cheaper cost of outsourcing and could care less if the customers can understand the customer service rep

  3. Companies DONT care about their customers....never have, never will.  All they care about is their bottom line, how much profit they make.  That is why I prefer to shop local small non-chain stores.
