Cut in my mouth is white...

Question

I got a cut on the bottom left side of my mouth from my braces which i have had for 3 years. one of the brackets i guess is poking at it and cutting it but i pushed them all in with one side of a tweezer. How can i get rid of this cut...?And its still poking but nothing is sticking out or anything so what could it be?
