Cyber companies-fraud?

What can an individual do if, when making a purchase trhough a web page, the company that sells, does noe deliver the item?

What ways are there to contrul such 'cyber companies' to keep them inside the law?

you need to check out the website policies before purchasing.. if you have already purchased and if you have accepted its terms and conditions... you are in a trouble i guesss.. if they website say we dont take any responsibliity..

better you check the policies and disclaimer about the site and if you think your being cheated you can approach your local cyber crime police department..
