Cyclists! A question?

Question

Which of these bikes would be best for nipping about town and doing some light off road stuff? Any other similar priced bikes youcan recommend?

I'm a total novice so any advice will be appreciated.

Your links don't seem to work so I can't get an idea of your price range. But hybrid bikes make great city bikes and that's what I'd go with.

I recently bought  a TREK 7.3 FX for $549.99 and love it except for the overly padded saddle. Gotta swap that out. It's much better in the city than my mega bucks Bianchi road bike.

The TREK has no suspension and 32mm road tires so as long as we're talkin' light, smooth trails, it  would work. For rougher trails you could add more aggressive tires.

Again, it's hard to understand exactly what you want but hybrids are a jack of all trades and master of none kind of bike. I think they fill an important niche in cycling.
