I'm looking for the requirements on how to make a headband and ring of intellect +3

  1. Normallly, I believe the cost for a ring is (Bonus)^2 x 1000 ... and a headband of INT +2 is 4000 ... and +4 is 16000 ... so one could assume the 9000 for +3 ... though I question the necessity.  Hope I could help ...

Usually the item you choose to enchant doesn't matter.  Swapping a headband out for a ring isn't a big deal.  Just look up the headband of intellect.  At the bottom of the item's discription are the spells needed to create the item.  After that, just follow the craft requirements.  The only difference is that you would need to be able to craft wonderous items, and not rings.  A cool way to get around the rules and make a good item without it being to big is to enchant gems to have other abilities.  You can then put them into the items as decoration and end up with a lot of smaller powers that you would normally need an artifact-type item to hold all of them.  If you get tired of one ability you can use a craft (jeweler) skill check to switch them out with a different gem.
