I know that dewalt doesnt sell them anymore, but where can i find one?? A Brand new one.

Try e-bay, or go with the Ridgid MS1290LZ.  

I have the Ridgid mounted on the MSUV for portability, and like it a lot.  Also, has a lifetime warranty.
