Okay..so here is what it says

Returned To Base Undelivered ... WHAT!

HSD Out for Delivery awaiting IOD .... ?

Out for delivery @ 7.40am

Whers my 'next day' deliverd parcel. some one explain, its driving me me nutts.

You'd really have to ask DHL - but if it's not delivered 'next day', contact the sender.  They should obtain a refund, and they should credit or refund you that amount.  Carriers don't charge if they don't meet the delivery paid for, but they don't offer refunds - the refund has to be asked for.
