Question:

DRUNK.... MoRNING AFTER?

ok.. last night i went out with the girls had fun and all that my problem is that i got plastered.....to many long island ice teas..now its the morning and im puking every 5-6 minutes.. its yellow i think its bile.. after i throw up i feel fine(thats how i can use the computer right quick). I know this is gross but what to do? i have no headache.. just the throwing up...i really dont feel like drinking coffe bt if i have too i guess..:( NO more drinking for me!!!

Eat crackers ad maybe bread,ive never been that bad but i have seen a friend throwin up and its not cool but they always say no more drinking and then they do....Im 15 and have drank but never really got that drunk cuz it sucks ive been drunk and its not that good but to be buzzed is really fun and you get so talkitive.

  3. eat dry toast or saltines...water helps...sometimes its easier to drink lukewarm water...also you might feel better with a little bit of sugar in your system....

    or if your like me...a good bloody mary for breakfast ;)

  4. you dont always have to be having the headaches but you might still be feeling really S****y. The throwing up will go away, just drink plenty of water and gatorade would also help most of the time, you say you'll never drink again cause you feel horrible but trust me, you will. We all do

  5. i did this with too many tequila shots that yellow stuff is stomach acids give your body time without anything then drink lots of water it sucks i know but its the only way to keep from throwing up more.

  6. Eat something you really like,you will more than likely throw it back up but it should put some sort of a lining on your stomach. Then try sleep and also drink plenty of fluids

  7. Coffee won't counteract the alcohol and it will probably just upset your stomach.  Take small sips of water and keep sipping.  If that stays down, you can try tea.  Nibble on some saltines (only if you can keep the water down).

    Gatorade or another sports drink is good to help restore your electrolyte balance, but wait until the puking stops.

    It'll run it's course, but you'll probably feel awful for most of the day.

  8. My suggestion would be to eat something very easy like saltine crackers or just plain toast.  Also drink a lot of water, tea, 7-up, or gatorade.  You will likely continue puking, but at least it won't sting/taste as sour as the bile, and it may calm your stomach.  

    Oftentimes your stomach is really upset after drinking because you're hungry, and while you may not feel like eating it can be the best thing for you.  The water is important because you dehydrated yourself last night and are continuing to do so by getting sick.

    Eat, drink, and do something to comfort yourself.  You may not feel sick, but you still need to take it easy.
