DV Camera Video Problem?

I have a DV camera. It is really great, but it can only record for 1:06. ONE MINUTE SIX SECONDS. Is there any way to extend the time limit to an hour or so? If not, how long can it possibly extend to?

By DV camera, do you mean a camcorder that utilizes MiniDV tape? In which case you should always be able to record about an hour or so per tape.  What brand a model is the camcorder?  If it is a tape unit, make sure it's set to record to tape and not memory card or something like that.

If it's a Hard Drive or record to disc camcorder... I'm unsure of the lengths they normally get... but it's certainly more then a minute.  Add the model number to your question or e-mail it to me.. and I'll see if I can help you out more.
