DVD burning problems.

Question

Hi I am hoping you can save me from becoming bald, as if I carry on pulling my hair out thats what will happen! I am having major probs with the dvd burner of the above machine I download media as we all do at times and want to burn it to disc I check the download is not damaged ( I get to preview the movie etc in peace) then burn to disc,or thats the idea the DL can be perfect until it goes through the burn programe then I get maybe one third to a half of the movie until the ruddy thing starts to jump and stutter finally stalling all together.....I have used various discs and speeds and just about everything I can think of (mind you I am no expert by any streatch of the imagination) do you think you may be able to cast a beam of light in the dark and shadow less hole I find myself sinking into with this ruddy machine which by the way is 10mths old and working brilliantly apart from this have contacted toshiba who sent be to Mashita/panasonic who ponted me in direction of a driver download which did absolutely zip....as it was the one I already have ....gggrrrrrrrr HELP .
