DVI or HDMI?

What is better to get in a video card for games? I want to put this on a wicked big screen LCD and play mostly first person shooters.

Well, DVI doesn't have DRM, so it is less likely to have dropouts, but if you want to output to a big-screen TV, you'll probably have to go HDMI.

There really is no good choice. DVI is being phased out and HDMI sucks.

HDMI is the new standard, so I would go for that one.  Whichever you choose, they are both compatible with each other using a DVI-HDMI adapter.

Most monitors are DVI and most LCD tv's are HDMI, however HDMI monitors are going to be the new standard within a year or so.

Right now I have a DVI video card hooked up to a HDMI monitor and a HDMI TV.  Like I said, they are both perfectly compatible with each other.
