DVR Help....PLEASE?!?!?!?

So everytime I record a show and go back to watch it freezes, without a doubt it will freeze before the best part of the show and then I have to delete it and pray that it comes back on eventually. That even happens when I am watching just a regular show that is not even being recorded. I was wondering if anyone could tell me/help me figure out why it keeps freezing, and maybe even ways to solve the problem!! Thanks for the help

If it does this even when you're not recording, but just watching TV it might be an input feed problem. But more likely it's the hard drive inside the DVR getting errors. If it's a DVR from the company you have TV service through, you'll probably just want to get them to swap out the box for a new one and try that out.
