Daisy proline scope for a .22?

Question

is it a good idea to put the daisy proline scope for air rifles on my .22rifle the scope is 3- 9- 32 and is shock proof and fog proof? it sais on the package that it can also be put on firearms! is this a decent scope for $28? im not hunting or anything like that just shooting around and maybe tag a few squirrels

ajeepforsam                                                                                                                                                    i got one on my 22 rifle and it bin agreat scope good for squirles and target  had to play with it alittle to get it sighted but its still at zero     bin about a year now since i zeroed it work great .
