Dance belt?

i'm a teenage male dancer and i was wondering if i really need a dance belt for ballet and jazz and stuff? Are they comfortable?

And where in Calgary can i get one?

  3. GET A DANCE BELT!!

    Man to man, they are not at all comfortable, but it will save your stem and berries.

    From an anatomical stand point, it keeps them up and away from any harm.
