Ok well my name is Chelsea and I am 15 years old and I really want to learn to belly dance. The problem is I don't know where to start or what type of exercises I should do to help tone my stomach for better movement. I really want to learn this dance routine:

It's by Shakira and I don't know where to start!!! I also want to know where can I buy one of those hip garments like Shakira has on in the video. PLEASE HELP!!!!

    yoga- for the mind

    pilates- for toning

    ballet for losing weight

    Jazz 4 hip movements and hip rotation

    Pilates 4 strength

    Basically any other type of dance to learn rhythm and staying with the music and counting music
