Dancing Scorpion and Splits?

Okay, I can do my full left split, almost right, and I think the middle. I am so close to getting a scoprion, I can on the ground but i tip over, and I tip over when I try standing. Any tips? I'm starting dance i danced when I was little and I really want to get my scorpion and full splits.

  1. work on your balance first of all.

    get one of those half - balls that are sold for exercise purpose. stand on it with one foot. it will help.

    second of all you need to stretch ur lower back out, make it more bendy. so! do a backbend, hold it, and without moving your feet, straighten your legs. it will hurt but it really stretches out ur back.

    for the splits just do them every day and push urself but not too hard or u will hurt urself


  2. just work on you balancing techniques and you'll be fine.

  3. Keep stretching and when you do the scorpian, think of lowrering the abdomine but keeping the chest pulled in so you dont throw off your balance.

  4. hold the barre a little bit with a couple of fingers, and try to balance and let go for a few seconds/
