Dark brown hair.. light brown highlights $$$?

how much would they cost for hair 2 inches longer than the shoulder, very thin alllll over, and an ashy brown color ?

im not sure light brown highlights would look nice red would be better like a auberneyy colour and it depends what hairdresser u go to and if u doin it ur self depends what brand?
