Is it me or that midget is a d**n good halfback? Did u see is moves and is power? d**n! Does he have enough talent to be a starting hb?

No One Down talks my little man! haha He is a wonderful asset to the chargers. Seriously the reason he's playing in the NFL and the chargers is because his speed and his power. And I love how people think... oh look a little midget im going to crush him and two seconds later hes the one getting stiffed arm or juked out. Well I don't think he could be a very good starting HB cuz the fact that you need to catch sometimes and he's kind of short but on run plays the guy can take a hit and juke like crazy!

I totally agree, he's awesome.  San Diego won't miss Michael Turner one bit.  Sproles runs hard for a little guy, he has great juke moves, and his speed and ability to change direction are amazing.  To top it off, he's also one of the best return men in the league.

It's hard for smallish return men to make it into the starting role, but it does happen sometimes (perfect example: Brian Westbrook).  I think Sproles has the talent to do it.

I like him alot, but I think he gonna get hurt alot with his size. Espically when a 350LB lineman sits on him.

His cuts are really quick and crisp. He's going to be a great backup to LT. I could see him doing very well with another team, but he won't ever be a feature back. In this day of the NFL, there are fewer and fewer workhorse RBs that tote the rock all day. If he went to a system that used him in combination with a bigger runner, he would be deadly.

he wouldn't be a good featured back but if he was splitting time with someone. He's one of the best return men in the league but he can't break tackles so he can't carry the load on offense.

No, everytime you've seen him he has probably been playing against second or third string defenses. He's fast and hes pretty d**n elusive, but he will probably only be a change of pace back and a KR/PR this year.

He's not the kinda guy that can carry the ball 300 times a season. More like 100 or less.
