Deamon tools for mounting games?

Question

hi all ive just downloaded a game gta vice city i know its old lol was just bored..

well anyways therre are 4 files in the folder!! TWO of them are (BIN) fies

And the other two are (CUE) files .. im guessing the (BIN) are the game files And the CUE are the crack files .. i got told to download deamon tools to mount the two (BIN) files ..and i got told to drag the cue files into the main games directory for the game to work ect.. does anyone know how i can do all this as ive never used deamon tools before ect...

That's 2 disks. The bin/cue files are matched pairs. One bin/cue per disk.

First you have to download and install DT. Once that's installed, there will be an icon in your task bar (Bottom right of desktop). Right click the DT icon and select "Virtual CD/DVD-Rom", then select "Select Number Of Devices". Change to "1 Drive". You may have to restart your comp. Go back to the DT icon and right click it again. Go back to "Virtual CD/DVD-ROM" and mouse over "Device 0 [drive letter:]no media" , click "Mount Image". Now direct the prog to the bin/cue files starting with disc 1, click "OK" when you have it set to the right cue file. The installation should auto start and you should be ready to install.

Make sure to read the NFO that came with the game if it's available. It usually tells you how to apply the fix after installation to play the game unmounted or without a CD/DVD. :)
