Debit card problems!!!?

Question

so i have a checking and saving acc, and also i m in the program called "keep the change," which mean when ever i use my debit card to buy stuff they keep the change... like when i buy something thats $11.45 they will charge me 12$ and my leftover will go to my saving acc the 55cents... but this only wil last 3 monthes, and after that they will only gimme back 5%... soo which mean they are gonna take my change whenever i purchase??

Wachovia has a plan like that, too. They don't keep your change, they put it in your savings account. If you don't like the plan, then cancel it.
