I have a guy friend who has Ohio Stat Jerseys hanging in his living room.....He wants to get out of the bachelor look & move onto a more "grown man" feel for his house...My idea was to frame the Jerseys...My only issue is what size frame to buy?? What is the standard size Jersey?

Help Anyone!! :)

Thank so much!! :)

  1. The craft of professional jersey framing in high-quality custom frames is a difficult one. It is a very labor intensive process that requires very skillful and precise ironing and pinning of the jersey if the framing is to stand the test of time. In particular, the pinning must be done very carefully using specially designed stainless steel framing pins that not only will secure the jersey to the matte but will also not damage the jersey in any way.

But hey...that's for if you want it professionally done.  It's very pricey ($300 and up) If you don't want to send it out...The website below is a do-it-yourself instruction.  You should be able to find the supplies at a Hobby Lobby.

  2. Can you measure the jerseys to determine the appropriate poster frame size that's needed?  I'm not sure what your friend's budget is but you could always take the jerseys to Michael's or Hobby Lobby and let them do the measuring and framing so he'll have a more polished and professional look.
