Delete my paypal account

To close your PayPal account, go to your Profile. If you close your account, all of your outstanding transactions will be canceled immediately, and your remaining account balance, if any, will be mailed to you.

So what do they mean all of your outstanding transactions will be canceled

Cause I payed for a item from Tiger Direct and it says payment completed but after it said completed I deleted my paypal account cause i didnt need it anymore will i still get my item??

Payments can take 5 to 7 business days to complete. Hopefully your seller has received your money. I guess only time will tell. If you have no other unfinished business, you don't have much to worry over.
