Deleted my mails from inbox?

help! i deleted my mails from my onbox? how should i retreive them?? i think i did ctrl/alt/delete, so they are deleted... i cant see them even in recover deleted items???? help i am at work???? urgent...

check your server might still have a copy there if not check save copy on server for next time

You didn't mention the mail program you are using, but in Outlook Express when you delete an item it is placed in the "deleted items" folder until deleted permanently.  If you have done so, there isn't anyway to retrieve them.  Sorry.
