Deleting "currently in use" files?

Question

Hi guyz and gals. Im trying to delete some leftover trojan files and they are in system32 folder. Everytime i tried to delete them, they appear as " currently in use". I tried this for the safemode and using file shredder, but ends up the same. Any solution to this? thx

I think inside Hijackthis there is a program which removes the files on reboot before they can run... try it here:
