Dell customer service

Question

I just changed my bank account and went to let dell know, I do not know my customer number or my order number anymore and can not find the paper since I have just moved, but they are telling me they can not pull up my file unless I have that. I do not know what to do. There will be no money in the account when they take from it.

Did you register your computer when you bought it?  Then Dell should have a record of the purchase, otherwise you're outta luck.

Get your service tag number.  Look on your computer caes or when you boot up hit F2 and go into your bios.  Your service tag number should be in there somewhere.  (They use a couple different bios)
