i ordered a dell inspiron 1525 and about 20 mins ago they emailed me and said that they have shipped my order, and i know that dell uses UPS and i was wondering if they would get me my laptop tomorrow and they did say free shipping i mean is that not good and its said 3-5 days?

When they truly ship it they will provide a tracking number.

But on an order I made through dell they gave me a tracking number and it wasn&#039;t supposed to get to my house for 5 days and the next day the computer was there. The tracking number was still reporting that it&#039;s being picked up. Basically you have no way to tell.

3-5 days. I wouldn&#039;t get my hopes up. Dell has the crappiest service when it comes to getting hardware out.

I&#039;ve had users wait months to get a laptop they said had shipped...(which was a lie)

They always gave me a tracking number.  A number of times when they told me they shipped the item, I got it the next day.  You can also check back with a Dell Representative and give them the order number to check on shipping.
