Depressed when off cruise ship?

im just upset and bord i got off fa cruise not to long ago and dfeeling sad and depressed has any one felt like this and what can be done to help

  1. Happens to me everytime :(

    Well, take an extra day off work. In the morning, run the errands you need to and do laundry and clean etc. But in the afternoon, do something you like doing: see a show, go to the beach or a museum, treat yourself to a new book or pair of shoes etc.

    Then, come home and begin to look at planning your next cruise! Plan it really far ahead if you have to but just having one planned helps by giving  you something to look forward to.


  2. every time life is not as elegant on shore.. I never go strait home , but rather continue my vacation for a few more days and that really helps.. one hour film developing helps keep the fun in your life as you gloat to your friends about all you fun.. start planing your next cruise right away.. I start planing the next one while I'm still on the ship..nothing beats the blues like booking another cruise

  3. YES, as soon as I returned home I had to cook dinner, wash dishes and do laundry.  I wanted back on that cruise so bad!

  4. After vacation blues are common.  You just have to get back into a normal routine and do the things you enjoyed before you went on the cruise. Just had that happen to me.  Keep busy and start planning the next cruise.

  5. i got off the disney wonder after a 4-day cruise, which was one of the greatest experiences of my life. i was miserable as soon as i got off. its hard, especially since when i was on, there was constantly stuff to do. now there isnt. not to mention on board food was free ( i almost walked away from a restaraunt wothout paying!). all i can suggest is keeping yourself busy, dont think too much about it, and plan another cruise soon!
