Does this happen? I gave up on Saturday, all was fine, infact it was easy, I have had no cravings or anything, sure the odd trigger like after dinner or something but that was minor, But woke up this morning feeling like I could cry for no apparant reason, I felt like that all day, And really fatigued, I was on the edge of crying all day, Still didn't have any desire for a *** but finally gave in and had a couple of hours ago, It tasted rotten but I do actually feel a bit better already.

  1. Yes, indeed - I quit smoking 3-1/2 years ago - I miss smoking - I loved to smoke - I want to smoke everyday. But, I like to breath clearly ** I like that much better! keep up the good work - the first 20 days is the HARDEST!

  2. With any addiction, you can have all sorts of horrible feelings whilst you are trying to give up. I can only advise you to steer clear of the ciggies, you will get really uptight and possibly angry at everything and everyone around you, These feelings will become less and less as the days go on. It's worth persevering and getting past the first few days, as they will be the worst. Everything becomes far easier along the way and you will be so chuffed when you can say that you have kicked the habit!! Good luck...

  3. This can be a side effect of stopping smoking any time I have ever tried to stop I get very tearful. Try to keep up the good work it will pass soon.

  4. Yep, sure does - you will get all sorts of odd reactions when you give up as your body is ridding itself of so many toxins and chemicals. Its like drug withdrawal - maybe you could try nicotine patches. Persevere!!
