Could someone please tell me how to make a layout like this.

Thank you, please give it to me step by step, I use Paint Shop Pro X though from Corel. Thanks again! I'll give you full credit for the tutorial. Because I'm gonna make a layout.

This layout is a few different layers that youll need to make individually for the layout to work.

First, the background. It looks like they used a yellowish color with some red paint splatter vector images, stars, and some random text.

Second, you have two overlapping circles. Since these circles are filled with an image, you can literally draw two circle shapes and move them on top of each other how you please.

Third, you have the images that fill the circles. Youll need to use your own photography for this, but what i would recomend is overlaying your picture on the circles where you want it. Change the transparency of that layer to about half so you can see the circles behind the image. Then use the eraser or wand tool to crop out the parts of the image outside of the circle.

To combine the two pictures with the fade in the middle youll just need to apply a gradiated opacity effect with opposing directions to each image so that they fade out into the area where they overlap.

After this is done, you can apply a drop shadow, or glow effect to the circles to get the desired effect.

Lastly the text is simple a font of choice, colored to your liking.
