Dew detected

Question

I have a Panasonic PV-DV2030 and Sharp VL-Z7U mini camcorders. Both of them have a dew detected error and will not stay powered on. I have tried warming the cameras up to room temp before using them, I have tried using a towel to wrap them in while they are in the bag, I have tried using a blow dryer to warm them up from a distance on low - everything I can think of. Nothing is clearing the dew error. Can anyone help me to figure out how to fix these cameras? I really need them. I've contacted repair facilities and have been told it would be cheaper to purchase new cameras. Help please!!!
