  1. If you aren't concerned about your data being stores on the Internet, Accu-Check has the Diabetes Assistant Program on-line and it's free. If you get one of their meters and a cable, you can upload the data to the program.

If you prefer a stand alone solution, their desktop software is called Accu-Check Compas and it works great. You still need their meter and cable if you want ot upload the results but you can manually enter your test results data one at a time.

I use this software and because of the great way it gives me the data, I've been able to get my A1C down to 5.6% in six months from 9.9%

  2. Accu-Chek has diabetic help site ,where you can enter glucose values and then graph ,track, along with helpful tips

  3. Yes, some years back I downloaded INTOUCH Diabetes Management (I believe from the OneTouch website, since that was the type of meter I had at the time and it came with a small cable to inteface with the meter).  Nice program.  Draws all kinds of charts and things :-)

There are probably many other programs out there these days.
