Here's what I ate:
Breakfast: 1 serving of oatmeal (150 calories) and a nectarine.
Lunch: a bowl of arugula with 1 whole chopped up red pepper in it, and a few slices of grapefruit in it, with a tablespoon of balsamic vinegar as the dressing.
Dinner: Went to a Greek restaurant. Ordered a Greek salad with steak strips and a lamp kebob on top (a skewer with cooked pieces of lamb, peppers, tomatoes, zucchini and onions.
Throughout the day- 3 bottles of water.
