    The Chocolate bar isnt necessary, but worth it huh?! :-D i ate one yesterday, so dont worry abot today, think of tomorrow, dont eat that much tomorrow, cut the chocolate, cookie, skimmed milk instead of a full one, but other than that, it's fine, add some veggies instead of them!!

  3. If I'm right...you ate about 1200 calories. You didn't eat too much at all. You could even get away with eating like 200 more (if you don't exersize and want to maintain your weight)

  5. I'd say you had about 1700 - 1500 calories today. not too bad.  just remember that peanut butter is a terrible hoard for calories. Like 250 cals per serving and most of that from fat. Skip the peanut butter. I'd say a large sandwich is on average 300 calories but it could be more. I counted chocolate bar and cookie as both 300, probably more though. glass of milk is 150 or greater. Apple is normally 70.  Banana, 150.

  6. No you didn't eat too much.  You can eat several hundred calories more and it still won't be too much.
