  1. He's probably in some witness protection by the U.S. government in return for taking the fall for all of the terrorist attacks that are caused in today's world.

    I think we would have found him by now if he was still alive.

    Rumor has it that he's getting dialysis though.  Seems pretty tough to find a machine that can do that in a cave.
