what is the new traffic law? that u won't have to pay for re-newing ur license if u don't have any tickets?

well i do notice that the streets are much better than before

and EVERYBODY wears the seat belts now and people speak in the mobile using loud speaker, no way some move against one way road

Yes,I have noticed it the last time I gave a taxi 5 pounds for a 3 pounds ride instead of taking the five pounds without giving me anything back like all other taxis he just hit the gas pedal and almost ran over my foot....  i think u r just lucky Egypty lol
