Diet for 16 year old athlete?

I am an Ice hockey player, I workout at a MINIMUM 3 times a week, which involves anaerobic/aerobic workouts, and weight training. I know I need complex carbohydrates and proteins for muscle building and repairing, so what should I eat? like eggs, chicken b*****s, salads, oatmeal, fruit? thanks.

  1. everything you said plus turkey and tuna, fish, pasta, rice, bread, fruits and vegetables and and nothing high in fat
