Difference between political parties?

The DNC went on pretty much unhindered, uninterrupted. Now its the Republicans turns and what do we see? Violent protests. Maybe I'm wrong but I didn't hear of any Republicans throwing bricks through windows and slashing tires at the DNC...Is this what the Democratic party represents? Riots?

Republicans have nothing to riot about they have been in control for the last eight years and our country has been robbed. These real Americans rioting the idiotic republican convention are my hero's, I wish I was there so I can throw a few bottles at some of these republican idiots!

Democracy is the toughest form of government. You have to fight for freedom every day. The day you stop fighting crazy things start to happen like electronic surveillance without a warrant. The government looking at the books you read. Torturing human beings. Giving criminals like Scooter Libby clemency to ensure he doesn't testify against you.

Democracy is tough, Fight for freedom or bend over.
