Different hairstyle ideas?

does anyone known any good ways to style shoulder length hair that has layers and face frameing peices. I always put it in a ponytail or messy bun and sometimes i use my flat iron. I just want some different things from the regular, some how to's would be nice also. Thanks!!!

u should do choppy layers with bangs that just hang down not sideways, i don't know what they are called. and straighten ur hair really straight... its looks really good
