You basically ask a piercer for 2-3 piercings and after it heals you can out the jewelery (each hole should be 8-10 mm from one other, 14 or 16 g)

Basically a picture of everything that has been attempted in the way of ear piercings.

I think it depends on your ear shape as to what will look awesome.  More defined ears can look good with a lot more jewelry than less defined ears.  (weird I know but I've been told this).

Personally I have an industrial, rook, and helix at the moment (plus 3 regular piercings in each ear).  Probably will leave it at that since I'm balanced at the moment.

you can get your bellybutton pierced

or you can get your second ear lobe holes pierced if you already have your first ones..

my favorite is the cartilage...i have my right cartilage pierced and i love it..

make sure you get a small stud though...you dont wanna look TOO flashy
