Digital Camera dilemma ?

Question

Does any one have a Vupoint DV-DM1-VP Digital Video Recorder? Is it any good? Also I want to buy a digital camera either Canon or Olympus. NO OTHER BRAND. But I wanted it shockproof and waterproof and I know Canon does not have any waterproof. Some advice please? What Canon or Olympus camera can I buy?

Olympus has been a leader in developing High Quality point & shoot cameras with Shock/Water/Weather resistant features. Most of these cameras are found in their Stylus line of products with a designation of SW in their name. Advanced models such as the Olympus Stylus 1030 SW give the photographer many options for creative controls and this model is rated safe to depths of around 10 meters or 33 feet.

They have been one of the pioneers in this niche of the market and generally are an excellent value because of the build quality and stellar optics.

will you can get a waterproof cases for the camera.  i will go with the canon
