Digital camera problem?

Question

when i upload videos from my digital camera onto the computer, you can't see anything. the video is completely black. and all you can hear is the sound.

how do i fix this ?

please help !

you should bring it to the store where you bought te camera and ask them about it

mabye it is not in photo viewing mode on the camera

download xvid.....http://www.xvid.org/.....that should help

what are you using to view the video with? I've had the same problem with Windows Media player. Try playing it with something else.

Can you view the clip in the camera itself? If it shows up on there, but not on the computer then the problem is definitely the program you are playing it with.

use quicktime movie viewer instead of the audio only software you are using now.

U need to download the proper codec for the video format.
