DirecTV 1 Year Customer?

we've had directv for one year now and i want to know if i'm eligiable for any offers such as free movie channels or anything cool like that?

it depends on you as a customer, really. A lot of the "notable" offers are for higher end customers who pay a lot of money every month for their services.

There are, however, often special offers that accounts are eligible for that you can only find out about if you call 1 800 531 5000 (their customer service line).

If you're really nice to the CSR, oftentimes they can work something out for you.

Also keep in mind, however, that you as a customer determine these offers, too. It's not just the equipment you have or the services you purchase, but also how good of a customer you are in general. Do you pay your bills on time? How do you treat the CSRs when you call in? Have you made sure that all of your recent billing disputes were called for and legitimate?

Remember that Chase Carey said that DirecTV is a quality company that wants quality customers. That means if you're good to them, they'll be just as good to you.

Not usually, I have been with them for like 10 years, maybe a discount on equipment upgrade.
