Direct TV DVR HELP PLEASE!!!?

OK, i recorded something and i accidentally deleted it before i could watch it is there anyway to get it back because i know you can using TiVo but thats different than direct tv's DVR thanks

I don't think so.  At least I have never been able to do it.  If someone offers a solution, I would be interested.

If you have an HD DVR, and it is connected to your highspeed internet, you may be able to find it in the Video On Demand section by pressing the menu button. Please note that not all DVR's are capable of this yet. For more info visit www.directv.com/ondemand Or tune to channel 1000. Happy searching!!!
